ABOUT THIS BRANDWhen a lifelong athlete encounters the same skin hurdle time and time again, she handles it the only way she knows how: head-on. Anna Buss battled rosacea, hyperpigmentation, and sensitive skin her whole life. Her love and understanding of the human body gave her a unique perspective on solving her skin woes: instead of forcing the skin into submission, learn to speak its language and transform its behavior from the inside out. After years of R&D to understand how the skin works, Anna left her corporate job and founded Fitglow Beauty, a passion project-turned-high performance skincare and color cosmetics line, backed by volumes of evidence-based research.
Calm Cleansing Milk is in my top three favorite cleansers of all time. The climate in my area dries out my skin, especially in winter, and even gentle foaming cleansers make it worse. This one is perfect. It's my go-to for mornings and after workouts. It never leaves the skin tight, but also doesn't leave a "film" like heavier cream or balm cleansers do. It has good "slip", rinses easily and gives just the slightly touch of a cooling sensation after I've washed my face. My skin feels so clean and soft! I don't think it's the best for removing makeup. It does okay in that category (I usually prefer to use an oil cleanser for makeup removal anyway) but it does make an excellent second cleanse. I can't even count how many times I've repurchased this! It's fantastic!
