The Saalt Disc was designed to be the most comfortable and easiest reusable disc to insert and remove. Ideal for those with bladder sensitivities, a weak pelvic floor or a low or high cervix. A soft, reusable silicon disc that collects your flow without relying on suction to stay in place. Provides reliable period protection and offers up to 12 hours of use. It's flexible flat fit allows for mess-free intimacy. Once the non-toxic menstrual disc is filled, simply remove, rinse, and reinsert. The Saalt Disc means chemical-free period care, day and night.
HOW TO USE IT
Regular (blue) is best for heavy days or nighttime.
Small (pink) recommended for teens and young adults.
With clean hands, Pinch Saalt Disc into a figure 8. Then insert fully and tuck behind pubic bone. Custom Finger notch allows for easy, mess free removal. Saalt Disc may be sanitized by boiling in water for 4-5 minutes, making sure the Disc doesn't touch the bottom of the pot.

I went from tampons to menstrual cup to menstrual DISC! and i finally have ZERO discomfort. I can’t stand the feeling of pads and tampons and cups always irritated my vaginal canal for some reason but finally this saalt menstrual disc has save my period! the holy grail of period products. environmentally friendly and convenient? check and check! I can wear it all day and forget about it, once i get home i change it and while it is the messiest period product i’ve used that is such a small price to pay to finally feel comfortable during my time of the month.
