Cistus and Moonlight Face Mist from Earthwise Beauty is full of floral cistus notes and designed to provide hydrating and antibacterial benefits to the skin.

The distillation process takes place in a reconstructed watermill, using water from a clean nearby stream to create the hydrosol, often referred to as “Portuguese Beauty Water”, and held until the next full moon to infuse it under the moon overnight. The moonlight is known for its ability to amplify the healing properties that correspond to the yin, or feminine element. Beauty, female intuition and insight, patience, and gentleness are said to be enhanced.

Cistus, known for its many skin benefits, helps to reduce the appearance of aging skin by softening fine lines and wrinkles, minimize the appearance of pores while restoring firmness and elasticity to the skin. Cistus is also known for its natural antibacterial benefits to help fight blemishes while nurturing the skin, without drying it out. Whole leaf aloe juice has been added to help cool and calm the skin. Cistus and Moonlight Face Mist is enriched with medicinally prepared gem and flower essences, turning it into an aura mist for added emotional and spiritual support.

HOW TO USE IT

Mist over freshly cleansed skin morning and night, then follow with your moisturizer of choice. Additionally, the mist may be applied on a cotton round for wiping the face to lightly cleanse and refresh. If you would like to attune to the vibrational healing elements from the flower and gem essences, spray above your head 3 to 4 times a day and meditate for a moment, if time allows. Shake periodically to remix. Store away from direct light exposure.
