United StatesBathing Culture - Please Sell the Hair Products in Reusable Glass Bottles as well!
I’m only writing this review hoping that it’ll get through to Bathing Culture that they need to sell their Shampoo & Conditioner in those glass refillable bottles like they do with their body wash. I am waiting! I’m not sure the scents will be universally loved but I definitely love the unique scents and also like that the scent lingers after use as well. Only thing I really disliked is the pump of the body oil. Very little product would come out each pump and the pump is not effortless, which is not great when dealing with a slippery product.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Susan! We definitely recommend sending a note to the Bathing Culture team directly. We are working with them to offer refills in-store but they chose to avoid placing glass in the shower for safety reasons.

We're sorry to see this review. We actually see on our end that our team has gotten back to you but we haven't heard back from you. We show your package as delivered and always recommend to check with your local mail carrier before we are able to open a case as often times a package is held and delayed. Our team would be happy to assist but we didn't receive a response from you. There are standard protocols required before we are able to assist in sending out replacement packages to avoid fraud which we hope you can understand.
