This CBD salve has provided serious pain relief during period cramps. I get severe cramps and applying this salve on my abdomen along with a Foria Relief Suppository has made a world of difference. I also use the salve on neck and shoulders for tension. The salve consistency and smell is great! Love that the ingredients are so clean. Highly recommend.
