Ultra-moisturizing with vitamin C, licorice root and bearberry leaf to brighten dark circles and bakuchiol to smooth and firm, while caffeine reduces the appearance of puffiness. Applies like a a cream but behaves like a balm for that instant hydration and filling of fine lines. 

HOW TO USE IT

Lightly tap around under eye area AM and PM. Follow with moisturizer for a velvety, makeup-ready finish.
