HOW TO USE IT

Add 2 teaspoons to a hot or cold drink of your choice, up to twice daily. For best results, add the powder to liquid rather than pouring liquid over it. Warm liquids can help the powder dissolve more easily. Pour from a slight height to encourage even dispersion, then allow the powder to settle for about 30 seconds before stirring to help minimize clumping. For frothy drinks, allow additional time for the powder to fully incorporate.
