Description

Rose petals and their medicine help to move and open a heart which has tightened emotionally and spiritually. A wonderful nervine, great for the feeling of happiness, rose is great to share with a partner or to have before bed. Additionally, rose has been shown to be beneficial during menstruation and to aid with digestion.

HOW TO USE IT

Put 1/2 tsp directly in a warm cup of water (8oz), or in your choice of tea, milk, latte, smoothie, savory and sweet foods, and beyond. It can go on just about everything. It's safe to increase the amount if needed!
