Last year, we gathered to watch The (M) Factor - a powerful documentary that broke the silence around menopause and sparked something much bigger: a conversation that needed to continue. This year, we go deeper. 

Join us Thursday, April 23rd for a special screening of The (M) Factor 2, a follow-up film that shifts the focus earlier - to perimenopause, where the first changes begin and where so many women are left without answers, support, or recognition. If The (M) Factor was about visibility, The (M) Factor 2 is about understanding the root.

Together, we'll explore the physical, emotional, and systemic realities of perimenopause - why it's been overlooked, how it's impacting women in real time, and what we can do about it.
