After 5+ years of travel, study and practice, Kristi Blustein earned certifications as an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, Master Herbalist, Aromatherapist, and Yoga Teacher for good measure. But her ‘aha’ moment came later, during her morning Abhyanga routine.
