It's effective in both humid and dry conditions. It's a smooth lotion that transforms into a silky powder. 

HOW TO USE IT

Dispense a small amount onto clean fingers and apply to clean, dry skin. Apply liberally to areas where friction from skin-on-skin contact occurs, such as the inner thighs, skin folds, under breasts and arms. Apply as needed to help reduce skin friction and chafing while absorbing excess moisture/sweat. For external use only.
