Manasi 7 Eye and Lip Definer is a richly pigmented, multifunctional pencil created to contour the lips and define the eyes. Its light, silky texture applies with ease and blends smoothly, building from subtle definition to a more striking look. The versatile pencil can create clean, precise lines or be softly diffused for a smoky effect.

Coconut oil contributes moisturizing benefits and helps create the creamy texture, while carnauba wax adds structure for controlled application. Vitamin E complements the formula with additional moisturizing care. Rich in pigment, the pencil delivers expressive color in just a few strokes and can be layered or blended for a customized finish.

HOW TO USE IT

Apply along the upper or lower lash line using short dots or dashes, then connect them for a continuous line. Smudge with a cotton swab or brush for a softer, diffused effect. To define the lips, trace the natural lip contour or adjust the shape as desired. Wear alone and build in light layers for greater color intensity.
