The YINA Bath Ritual was created to help relieve stiffness, support circulation and calm the senses. Made with organic mugwort grown by a seventh generation mugwort farmer in Japan which has been shown to help support circulation, provide pain relief, regulate Qi, reduce fatigue and calm the mind according to East Asian Medicine principles. Each Bath Ritual contains 9 packs per box and can be used as a full bath or foot bath. Soak and relax for 20 minutes!
