HOW TO USE IT

Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to a soft-bristle toothbrush and brush thoroughly for at least two minutes, twice daily. Use gentle, small circular motions along the teeth and gumline to help reach between teeth and support effective cleaning. For best results, avoid rinsing immediately after brushing to allow the formula to remain on the teeth longer. Close the cap tightly after each use and store in a cool, dry place.
