HOW TO USE IT

Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to a soft-bristle toothbrush and brush thoroughly for at least two minutes, twice daily. Use gentle, small circular motions along the teeth and gumline to help reach between teeth and support effective cleaning. For best results, avoid rinsing immediately after brushing to allow the formula to remain on the teeth longer. Use the included metal tube key to roll from the bottom for even dispensing and reduced waste, then close the cap tightly and store in a cool, dry place.
