Magnesium Deodorant
“Finally found the one! No rash, no smell! What more could I ask for? ”
As a breast cancer survivor, deodorant is the most important product to Violets Are Blue founder, Cynthia Besteman. Magnesium Deodorant took two and a half years to create. The magnesium base is the secret to the success of this deodorant. It's been so popular that this Hero product now comes in three variations; unscented, lemongrass + tea tree and Eucalyptus. All three are baking soda, and arrowroot powder-free and will leave you odor-free all day. The unscented is essential oil free, especially for those who are sensitive to scent or essential oils. Violets Are Blue also maximizes each bottle, filling it completely at 3.2 oz (25% larger than most deodorant sticks this size), so it lasts longer and ultimately uses less packaging.

ABOUT THIS BRAND
Violets Are Blue was created because of a personal need for skincare that was natural and safe for the body as well as the environment. After receiving a breast cancer diagnosis in 2011, founder Cynthia Besteman’s successful career in New York City real estate came to a halt. While undergoing treatment, one of her first actions was to toss out all beauty products containing unsafe ingredients, leaving her medicine cabinet bare. She was shocked by the mislabeling of many beauty products and dove into the world of natural skincare and launched Violets Are Blue in 2015. Violets Are Blue provides 10% of all products purchased toward skincare donations for cancer patients. Cynthia also provides patients at the Mt. Sinai Dubin Breast Center in NYC with a gifted package of her Beloved line upon their first day of chemotherapy.
