HOW TO USE IT

Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to a soft-bristle toothbrush and brush thoroughly for at least 2 minutes, twice daily. Use gentle, small circular motions along the teeth and gumline to help clean effectively and reach between teeth. Avoid rinsing immediately after brushing to allow the formula to remain on the teeth longer. For best results, use the included metal tube key to roll the tube from the bottom for even dispensing and minimal waste. Close the cap tightly after each use and store in a cool, dry place.
