HOW TO USE IT

Apply a pea-sized amount to a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush for at least two minutes twice daily, using gentle circular motions across every tooth surface and along the gumline. For best results, allow the toothpaste to remain on the teeth briefly rather than rinsing immediately. Secure the cap after each use and store in a cool, dry place.
