HOW TO USE IT

Apply a pea-sized amount to a soft-bristle toothbrush and brush thoroughly for at least two minutes, twice daily. Use gentle, circular motions to clean all tooth surfaces and along the gumline. For best results, avoid rinsing immediately after brushing to allow the toothpaste to remain on the teeth longer. Close the cap tightly after each use and store in a cool, dry place.
