Dr. Anna Gold Balance Herbal Tincture is an ingestible tonic for daily routines during periods of stress, low energy, irritability or cyclical changes. Intended to encourage a greater sense of calm and balance, the blend also complements wellness rituals that consider the connection between emotional strain and digestive comfort.

Ashwagandha and rhodiola are adaptogens traditionally used during times of stress, while lemon balm has a long history of use in calming herbal traditions. Angelica, bupleurum, tree peony and atractylodes complement the blend through their traditional use in TCM for cyclical balance and digestive wellness. Together, the thoughtfully selected herbs offer a modern interpretation of a traditional formula dating back to 990 A.D.

HOW TO USE IT
