Dr. Anna Gold Dispel Herbal Tincture is an ingestible herbal tonic created for skin prone to itching and external discomfort. HOW TO USE IT

Add 2 ml, approximately three dropperfuls, to 1/4 cup of warm water. Alternatively, take the same amount directly by mouth. Use three times daily.
