Hibiscus Beauty Booster

Honua Founder and Master Esthetician, Kapua Browning, believes in making high-potency plant-based products from the best ingredients on earth, and primarily from her home islands. Hibiscus, the state flower of Hawaii, takes center stage in her newest creation.

Introducing the Hibiscus Beauty Boost, with just three ingredients, percentages are high and so are the results. With Hawaiian hibiscus to boost radiance, Hawaiian astaxanthin to protect from free-radical damage, and hyaluronic acid to moisturize and hydrate, you may now add a high-potency booster to your daily skincare routine.

Add a few drops of Hibiscus Beauty Boost to Aloha Youth Serum, Malu SPF or your foundation to amplify hydration, protection and glow. In the evening, apply after exfoliating with Hawaiian Beauty Water, and layer under Ōlena Oil or Māhealani Moonlit Glow Balm.

Kapua Browning, Founder of Honua Skincare has a family lineage known for protecting the land, water and farmlands of Hawai’i. Growing up, Kapua immersed herself in the study of Hawaiian botanical skincare, becoming a licensed esthetician and instructor. She and her husband Brandon, a Hawaiian Traditional Medicine practitioner, began crafting customized oils and tinctures for their clients using native Hawaiian botanicals. In 2016, they birthed a brand with only one given name: Honua. Through Honua, which means ‘earth’ in Hawaiian, Kapua channels her passion for expert-formulated skincare that incorporates native plants and farming rituals of Hawai’i, while giving back a portion of her profits to three organizations in her homeland: 'Āina Provide, Hoa 'Āina O Mākaha and the Hawaiian Legacy Reforestation Initiative.
