Dry Body Brush

Description

Don't underestimate the benefits of dry brushing, especially with this one, made of beachwood and sisal fibers from agave plant. Traditionally used for twine, ropes, and rugs, the natural, sustainably sourced fibers in Blüh Alchemy's Body Brush are made to withstand pressure, weight, and the harshest environments, making it an ideal material to prime the skin. The invigorating action of dry brushing is intended to encourage circulation, inspire lymph flow and energize the skin, increasing blood flow while removing dead skin. 

HOW TO USE IT

Begin with gentle, short sweeping motions up the legs towards the groin, and up the arms and torso towards the heart. Gradually increase the pressure. While we invite you to think of this as a moving mediation, it's not sedative: it's stimulating. Those with very sensitive skin or eczema should avoid this step.
